We are seeking a Marketing & Sales Growth Manager to drive Turn’s outbound growth and digital presence. This role is a hands-on individual contributor position, blending content marketing, digital campaigns, and sales outreach to generate pipeline.
You’ll own campaign execution end-to-end: writing and publishing content, running digital ads, managing outreach sequences, and reporting on performance.
If you’re equally comfortable writing a blog post, launching a LinkedIn campaign, setting up email outreach, and analyzing conversion data, this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do
Sales Outreach & Campaigns
Build and manage outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, HubSpot/Amplemarket).
Own prospect list creation, sequencing, and reporting on campaign performance.
Execute multi-touch campaigns around events, product launches, and seasonal pushes.
Content Marketing
Write and publish blog posts, newsletters, case studies, and white papers.
Create ad copy, landing pages, and marketing assets that convert.
Repurpose long-form content into social, email, and paid campaigns.
Digital Campaigns & Ads
Plan, launch, and optimize digital ads (Google Ads, LinkedIn, programmatic).
Track ROI and adjust spend based on lead generation and CPL goals.
Coordinate A/B testing for messaging, design, and audience segments.
Analytics & Reporting
Build and maintain dashboards on campaign performance and pipeline contribution.
Analyze trends across outreach, ads, and content engagement.
Provide insights to Sales leadership on what’s working and where to scale.
5+ years in B2B marketing, demand generation, or growth roles.
Strong writing and editing skills across blogs, ads, emails, and product copy.
Experience running digital ads (Google, LinkedIn) and measuring campaign ROI.
Familiarity with HubSpot, Amplemarket, or similar sales/marketing automation tools.
Comfort with reporting, dashboards, and campaign analytics.
Self-starter mindset - able to prioritize and execute independently.
Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
Consistent monthly blog and campaign cadence published.
Pipeline growth attributable to outbound and digital campaigns.
Ads achieving CPL and ROI targets.
Regular reporting dashboards with actionable insights.
Nice to Have
SEO knowledge and content optimization skills.
Experience in HR tech, workforce, or compliance-related industries.
Ability to design simple creative assets for ads and social posts.
