Customer Advocate Associate (Remote)

Preferable Location: Mexico City   |   Full Time

Our workforce acquisition platform is used by companies in 30+ industry verticals ranging from rideshare to delivery to healthcare. We support employers that need to find, screen, and onboard last mile labor quickly – that could be 500 delivery workers in Miami or 2k+ nursing professionals across multiple cities every month.

About You

Turn is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated and results-oriented Customer Advocate Associate to sit at the center of our Partnership, Product and Operations teams to support Turn’s Sourcing & Screening products.  

The ideal candidate will have prior customer service, account management or related experience and be a great communicator. You will gain a deep understanding of Turn’s products, as well as the needs of the Workers/Hires that connect with us in all markets and verticals. 


Your Responsibilities

  • Partner on-boarding, including info gathering, communications and some technical integrations

  • Nudge Partners to accept hires or understand why they are not 

  • Gather and distribute performance data by Partner to identify where there is friction in the process and report back to all appropriate teams

  • Respond to workers and hires’ inquiries through our support channels

  • Nudge workers who were hired to start on-boarding

  • Communicate issues and learnings to internal teams


  • 2+ years of customer support experience or account management

  • You are a problem solver and can work in an agile environment

  • A good communicator that can speak with our Partners AND Workers/Hires via our support channels (email, chat, SMS, etc.)

  • Strong English (both, written and oral skills are mandatory)

  • Amazing soft skills: you are kind, courteous and always willing to go the extra mile
